Information for Presenting Authors

• The presenting author must be listed first in the author list.
• The remaining authors should be listed in order of contribution.
• Name of presenter, as entered upon submission, will appear in print and online materials.
• Presentation may be submitted on behalf of the presenting author, but the presenter details must be provided (and not those of the submitter).
• Upon acceptance, all communication will be with the presenting author.
• Successful paper presenters are responsible for their own expenses and conference registration.
